Rachel George
Hi, I’m Rachel.
Life doesn’t follow a straight path.
There are twists, turns, and in-between moments—especially when you're healing from hard experiences or watching your child face challenges. Whether you're a trauma survivor working through the impact of your past or a caregiver seeking support for your little one, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and rooted in compassion.
For trauma survivors of all ages
I approach healing with deep respect for your unique story. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—focusing on building safety, resilience, and emotional regulation. Healing can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I incorporate creativity, curiosity, and even moments of playfulness to help you reconnect with joy and rediscover parts of yourself that may have been tucked away.
For children
I believe in the power of play, imagination, and creativity to help kids express what they often can’t put into words. Using play therapy, art, and gentle structure, I help children feel seen, supported, and empowered. I also work closely with parents and caregivers—offering insight, tools, and guidance to strengthen your family’s sense of connection and regulation.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Starting therapy is a brave step. Whether you're seeking healing for yourself or support for your child, I’m here to walk with you—offering care, encouragement, and a soft place to land.
